If your floral arrangement arrives damaged or is not delivered in line with your confirmed order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, providing order details and photographic evidence where applicable. Each case will be assessed individually, and where we determine you have received a faulty or incorrect product, we will arrange for a replacement delivery or, if appropriate, offer a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that for perishable goods like flowers, your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receipt does not apply. Non-perishable or non customised goods will be subject to standard cancellation rights set out by UK law.

Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details, recipient information, delivery address, and contact numbers are correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot be responsible for failed deliveries or delays that occur as a result of incorrect information supplied by you. You agree not to use our service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.
